LIGHTING NOTE
Our Agx genuine photo paper is light sensitive, to maximize visual impact, a top quality lighting set-up is recommended. We suggest to front lit your MALTESTE artwork with multiple bulbs LED light source in the vicinity of 60-100 watts at 2,700 degrees Kelvin color temperature. Of course, the larger the artwork, the more light bulbs will be needed to produce optimal lighting.
Every GIANT LARGE SCALE, LARGE SCALE & ICON Series prints are produced in high-technology commercial photo labs.
We print in Ultra High Resolution on archival quality museum standard Kodak photo paper,
the Prints we produce are of the highest professional standards.
With the exclusion of our CHROMALUX3d print process used for our “QUINTESSENCE Series”,
this expensive printing process is currently the best printing technology available.
Our paper reproduces a beautiful 3d backlit effect with superb details, colors & contrasts.
PAPER COMPOSITION
In this process photo paper, the photo-emulsion is suspended in a gelatin film incorporating silver bromide crystals that are light sensitive.
The latent photographic image is made when the silver bromide crystals (AbBr) are briefly exposed to light. The external finish is extra glossy.
